One thing I've been trying to do for myself when I think I'm done with something substantial is to wait 24 hours and see if there's anything else major I want to fix, or if a friend identifies a weakness. Waiting less and you probably overlook something easily improved, and waiting more you end up stuck in a loop of futile perfection seeking. It might be working, but I'll need to wait and see.
